Ever since watching The Little Mermaid a few weeks ago, I've had a fantasy about mermaids, and whether they really exist.
The Mermaid is a legendary aquatic creature with the head and torso of a female and the tail of a fish.
Mermaids would sometimes sing to sailors and distract them until they eventually walk off deck or cause shipwrecks.
In some cases it is said that they drown the men while trying to rescue them. They are also said to take them down to their underwater kingdoms.

cool idea! i don't know if actual 'mermaids' are real but they found this kind of sea creture that used to live that was very similar to humans. its possible something LIKE them exsisted/exsists.

Yeah, i've heard that before!! it's quite scary, how they are so "pretyy" and seemingly nice, yet all they want to do is lure sailors to a horrible fate! they are not abit like emma rikki and cleo of H20 just add water!!! Hehehehe i love that show!
